Chinese musical film The Wings of Songs hit screens across China on March 28.
The film tells the story of three young people from different ethnic groups who pursue their musical dreams. They embark on a journey to travel to places in Northwest China's Xinjiang Uygur autonomous region to collect folk songs and experience the local life.
Crew members travelled to five prefectures in the vast region to record beautiful scenery like snow-capped mountains, deserts and grasslands for the film.
