Max Verstappen clinched his first Formular 1 world title after winning a scarcely-believable Formula 1 Etihad Airways Abu Dhabi Grand Prix 2021, 22th round of the 2021 FIA Formula One World Championship from December 10 to 12.
Red Bull's Verstappen took the lead from Mercedes' Lewis Hamilton on the final lap of the final race. The 24-year-old is the first Dutch race car driver to take home the world title.
