The last immersed E18 pipe section of the Dalian Bay Subsea Tunnel was successfully installed on Friday. Composed of 18 sections, the pipe was successfully installed within 20 months, creating a new record for the fastest installation speed in the history of the world's cross-sea immersed tube tunnel construction.
