Han, among the six winners of the World Peace and Sports Organization, is awarded the Champion for Peace, the Monaco based organization said on Nov. 8, 2022. Han Zijun is the second Chinese sportsman to win the title, after navigator Guo Chuan. She holds China's record for a woman reaching the summit of the world's highest peak from both the north and south sides.
