Today marks Minor Cold, the 23rd of the 24 solar terms of the traditional Chinese lunar calendar. It means that China is about to enter the coldest period of a year. It is cold, but not freezing cold yet. Thus it is called Minor Cold. Most parts of China are experiencing severe coldness.
