The ruins site was shortlisted for the new archaeological findings of 2022 in China on Wednesday.
More than 1,400 tombs and over 6,000 artifacts dating back to the late Shang Dynasty (1600 B.C.-1046 B.C.) and the early Western Han Dynasty (202 B.C.-25 A.D.) have been discovered from the ruin site in Yanyuan County.
