At least one death and more than dozens of injuries were confirmed due to an emergency landing of a Singapore Airlines flight at Suvarnabhumi Airport in Bangkok Tuesday. The flight SQ321, operating from London (Heathrow) to Singapore on May 20, encountered severe turbulence en-route. It diverted to Bangkok and landed at 15:45 local time. The plane, Boeing 777-300ER, carried 211 passengers and 18 crew.
