Mid-Autumn Festival activities showcase Chinese intangible cultural heritage(1/3)

The “Melodies of Grace beneath the Mid-Autumn Moon,” “Echoes of Fengtai: Songs through the Ages,” and “Moon Dances to a Prosperous Nation” activities include lantern show , alongside nearly 30 cultural performances and interactive activities.

The three-story-high and dozens-of-kilogram flag poles were expertly maneuvered by intangible cultural heritage artists, who balanced them on their hands, shoulders, foreheads, chins, and backs, never letting the poles touch the ground, and drawing constant gasps and applause from the audience.

The event invited intangible cultural heritage groups from Fengtai District, showcasing a selection of thrilling performances that combined the martial arts with traditional Chinese opera.
