Wearing teeth braces
A host of stars on the Chinese mainland are said to be wearing teeth braces to feel pain, eat less, and get slim. Zhou Hongyan, a singer, gave it up after days of chronic pain trying the crazy method.
There are generally two options in wearing teeth braces. One is to wear them on either the upper or lower side of the teeth; the other is to wear braces on both sides. Either way, they bring difficulties in eating and chewing, and in accordance, will help to lose weight.
Wearing socks
Japanese office ladies have realized that when they rub the soles of their feet, they can immediately feel warmth. This has spurred the idea to keep warmth constantly on the feet to improve blood circulation and to burn fat. Of course, based on this idea, if you want to burn as much fat as you can, wear as many socks as you can!
However, it's common sense that you have to exercise in order to burn calories. They won't go away simply because you feel warm.
Walking in the rain
People say that rain brings negative oxide ions, or air vitamins, which help to lift you out of a down mood. However, this is a totally different story from losing weight.
There is no evidence showing that feeling blue means feeling fat. Walking in the rain brings a cold, not a slim body.
Laugh fat away
Basic metabolism increases by 20% when people laugh out loud, which means that if you can make it laughing for as long as 10 to 15 minutes, you can burn 50 calories. That's fascinating, of course. Yet, it feels absurd when you suddenly burst out into laughter in public.
Staying up all night
This might be the most ridiculous way to lose weight! How can anyone manage to stay up the long lonely night without a bite to eat?
Moreover, the habit of staying up will break the balance in our internal secretion system, which, conversely, makes people fatter.
