5. Fruits should be eaten without the peel
Some experts strongly suggest that people remove the peel when eating fruits because there are always some fertilizers and pesticides remaining on the peel which can be very harmful to human health. They also claim that most of the vitamins are stored in the flesh of the fruits.
This is indeed not as correct as it sounds. In fact the peel of some of fruits like blueberries, grapes, guava, and kumquat contain more anti-oxidants such as anthocyanin pigments, tannins, and catechins than in the pulp or flesh. Blue or purple color fruit peels are rich in anthocyanidin glycosides, while yellow color fruits have xanthin, carotenes, and lutein pigments. The major components of these pigments are present just underneath the skin.
Besides, the peel is low in calories, sugar, and fats, and is free from cholesterol. It adds to the bulk of the food and helps cut down on overall food intake.

Therefore, frying food in hot oil with a temperature of 190 degrees Centigrade will help to prevent oil absorption. It's less harmful to eat fried food when combined with vegetables.
