1. Quality food in the morning

This is the key to speeding up fat burning, which is why breakfast always plays a decisive role in a diet plan.

When a person is asleep, their metabolic rate is the lowest during the whole day. After they wake up in the morning, the cycle will go faster and return to normal.

The sooner one eats breakfast after getting up, the faster the return is. If you prefer jogging in the morning, have a banana before heading out and enjoy a meal after exercise.

Breakfast can't be replaced by either tea or coffee. Combinations of cereals with fruit and a boiled egg with congee or bread will provide sufficient energy to refill your vigor for the beginning of a day.

Better results are expected with a little tofu, some vegetables, or cereals.

4. Get enough sleep

Don't be obsessed with soap operas anymore before going to sleep. Warn yourself: insufficient rest will keep fat inside. On average, people with five to six hours of sleep per day are six to eight pound heavier than those with seven to eight hours.

If you deprive yourself of necessary sleeping hours, the body will produce a large amount of compression-resistant hormones and lower the metabolic speed. The next day, you will have a stronger appetite.

The recommendation is if you have to get up at seven the next morning, go to bed before eleven at night without TV. A warm bath or an interesting novel is helpful.
