2. Changsha Ferris Wheel: built on a building
This is a must-ride for the true Ferris wheel enthusiast. The 104-meter-tall wheel is considered unique because it is built on the roof of a 6-meter-tall building, rather than on the ground. It has a diameter of 90 meters.
In all there are 60 cabins, enough to accommodate as many as 360 passengers. To make the best use of the 20-minute ride, you are recommended to bring a telescope in order to get a good look at the emerging capital of Hunan Province. The wheel has also recently been equipped with lights that brighten any evening.
