According to Harbin Ice-Snow World Co, the tower layout draws inspiration from the official emblem of the Olympic Council of Asia. Its structure features tiered ice columns, creating a majestic and shocking visual effect of ascending levels.

The tower's lighting incorporates innovative technologies， enabling it to follow preset programs or be monitored through cloud platforms to change colors and modes, presenting tourists with a visual feast.

Meanwhile, over 10,000 staff members including constructors, sculptors, electricians, special equipment operators, safety officers, and mechanics are busy preparing to finalize preparations for the park’s opening.
