What is the most valuable treasure in Nanjing Museum? 

The Gold Beast.

It is 17.5 cm long, 16 cm wide, and 10.2 cm high, weighing 9,100 grams and containing 99 percent gold.

The prostrate sculpture resembles a leopard on alert. Its belly is hollow while its body is decorated with circular markings.

The inside of its belly is engraved with the ancient characters "Huang Liu."

Huang (Golden) refers to its gold texture , while Liu (six) is its ordinal number.
