Shaolin Kung Fu gives you power of self-control: practitioner

The 2024 Shaolin Games Finals concluded Sunday at the Shaolin Temple in Dengfeng, central China's Henan Province. 　

Ten contestants earned the "Shaolin Kung Fu Star" title after a two-day competition. 　

“Shaolin Kung Fu gives you the power inside to control your emotions, to control your body, and to control your mind,” a female practitioner at the games said.
