A Hundred Rolls Of Film

During the days prior to the opening of his newest exhibition based on his 2004 photo-book “Slow Boat to China”, Japanese photographer Koji Onaka revisits all the places he captured 20 years ago during his first trip in the Jiangsu region of China.

A documentary portraying a visual journey that mixes his own diary entries, photographs and present-day life in a poetic flow of consciousness. Past and present as seen through the lens of a camera.
