(W.E. Talk) Erik Solheim: China's infrastructure projects boost the development of Global South

The 2024 UN Climate Change Conference (COP29) is being held in Baku, Azerbaijan from Nov. 11 to Nov. 22. During the period, former UN Environment Executive Director and Under-Secretary-General of the United Nations Erik Solheim said that China's mega infrastructure projects are helpful for the development of other countries, and he also spoke highly of China's "small but smart" projects.

Besides, Solheim believed that it would be no difficulty for China to combine these two types of projects to help development. (Chen Tianhao)
