A maritime patrol aircraft echelon was on show in Beijing Thursday morning in a massive military parade to mark the end of World War II. [Special coverage]
The echelon consisted of Kongjing-200H AEWC aircraft, JH-7A fighter-bombers and Y-8 special purpose aircraft, which are the navy's important force to fulfill air surveillance and early warning, and to launch sea attacks and air strikes.
