Visitors to the Shanghai Disneyland can now enjoy year-round access to the park with new passes that were introduced on Friday.
The Shanghai Disney Resort said that the new passes, which start at 1,299 yuan ($191.4) for a Sunday-only entry, will be valid for 365 days. The passes allow multiple entries by the same guest.
The passes are divided into three tiers – Sunday-only, Sunday and weekdays, as well as all-day access, and are priced according to different demographic groups. For instance, the adult price for an any-day pass is 3,299 yuan, whereas entrance fees for children are charged between 974 yuan and 2,474 yuan depending on the type of pass. The resort is also offering special rates to the physically challenged and senior citizens aged above 65.
The passes can be purchased via multiple channels such as the resort's official WeChat account and mini program, on-site ticketing booths, and the reservation hotline.
Other perks for passholders include dining, shopping and entertainment discounts at the resort's facilities.
The park also has seasonal and half-year passes that will expire on specific dates. One-day admission at the park starts from 399 yuan for adults and 299 yuan for children, the elderly and the disabled.
