The National Development and Reform Commission, the country's top economic planner, has issued key tasks for the 2019 new urbanization construction.
According to the document, the government will strengthen city infrastructure construction and promote investment and financing mechanisms.
The country will fully open and widen conditions for permanent residential registration in large cities with populations of 3-5 million and cancel the limitations for some key groups.
