Top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) Kim Jong Un has arrived in Russia's Far Eastern Primorsky Territory and his train is expected to reach Vladivostok at about 11 a.m. Moscow time (0800 GMT) Wednesday for his first meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin on Thursday, local media said.
