The China-Central and Eastern European Countries Expo &International Consumer Goods Fair to be held in east China will attract over 6,700 buyers from 22 countries and regions, said the organizer Thursday.
Over 20 forums and exhibitions will be held from June 7 to 12 in the city of Ningbo, east China's Zhejiang province, said Fang Liqun, deputy head of the provincial department of commerce.
Among the participants are over 700 government officials and businessmen from the Central and Eastern European Countries.
The countries of honor for this year's expo will be the Slovak Republic and the Republic of Lithuania.
According to China's Ministry of Commerce, the total trade volume between China and Central and Eastern European countries reached $28.55 billion in the first four months this year, up 7.9 percent year-on-year.
