China's Ministry of Public Security issued a class-A wanted notice for 50 fugitives suspected of major crimes on Wednesday.
The ministry, at a press conference, called on the public to report clues to the police. Those who offer useful information and help arrest the listed criminal suspects will be awarded 100,000 yuan (about 14,531 U.S. dollars) for each seized fugitive.
The wanted fugitives are suspected of severe violent crimes, crimes of property infringement and major gang crimes, among others, said the ministry.
The ministry has launched a nationwide campaign to crack down on fraud and apprehend criminal suspects at large, which runs between June 13 and October 31.
