Huawei's first 5G foldable smartphone, known as Mate X and priced at 16,999 yuan, is scheduled to hit the market on Nov 15.
The long-expected gadget, unveiled in February, can transform from a 6.6-inch traditional smartphone with a screen on either side to an edge-to-edge full view 8-inch tablet.
Powered by the Balong 5000 chipset with the Kirin 990 processor, the smartphone features two batteries, enabling quick charge to 85 percent in about half an hour.
The firm also stated at a press conference in Shenzhen on Wednesday it will launch a new flexible smartphone Mate Xs in March 2020.
