A total of 117,000 people in Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region have achieved employment with higher income in other parts of China since 2014, according to a white paper released by the State Council Information Office on Thursday.
The region has organized employment-oriented training on standard spoken and written Chinese, relevant legal knowledge, general knowhow of urban life, and labor skills for the workers, says the white paper titled "Employment and Labor Rights in Xinjiang."
