The Hong Kong police arrested two suspects on Thursday, including Joshua Wong, an instigator of the Hong Kong riots, according to the police force and local media.
The police said the two men, aged 23 and 74 respectively, participated in an unauthorized assembly on Oct. 5, 2019, during which the 23-year-old also violated the anti-mask regulation.
A court hearing will be held on Sept. 30.
Wong was arrested on Aug. 30 last year over multiple unauthorized assemblies.
