China's foreign ministry and its missions all over the world launched a special operation of consular protection, distributing COVID-19 "health kits" and "Spring Festival packages" to over 5 million overseas Chinese in more than 100 countries, State Councilor and Foreign Minister Wang Yi said Sunday.
