Kim Jong Un, the top leader of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK), started a party plenary meeting on Monday, the official Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) reported on Tuesday.
The report said the fourth Plenary Meeting of the eighth Central Committee of the Workers' Party of Korea will review the implementation of main party and state policies for the year 2021, and discuss and decide on the strategic and tactical policies for 2022.
The meeting, presided over by Kim, "approved the agenda items and went into the discussion of them," the KCNA said, without giving further details.
