Total grain output of Chinese agricultural giant to exceed 23 mln tons

(ECNS) -- The total grain output of Beidahuang Group, China’s leading agricultural industrialization enterprise, is estimated to reach more than 23 million tons in 2021, up 30 percent from 2020.

The total sown area of grain crop by Beidahuang in 2021 covers around 2.97 million hectares, up 7,850 hectares from 2020.

In 2020 alone, Beidahuang had transferred 20.3 million tons of grain, around 20 percent of the total amount in China, which is able to meet the rations supply of 160 million urban and rural residents for one year.
