(ECNS) -- A senior executive in his 50s resigned from a listed company in Shanghai to successfully develope Chinese-style stewed coffee.
Liu Houjun was once a director of a listed company and loves coffee. Unable to find his favorite taste in the past 40 years, he decided to quit his job and open a coffee shop to develop Chinese-style brews.
He has made innovations in coffee making and finally developed the Chinese-style stewed coffee, which is, blending coffee powder with boiling water in a container first, then stewing it to extract the essence, and finally making unique Chinese-style coffee according to different measurements.
Coffee made in this way still tastes good after a few days.
The hot coffee Furong and cold Wuji developed by Liu are not only liked by Chinese customers but also retain the original flavor.
Liu's coffee shop has attracted many repeat customers in Shanghai.
He said he hopes to make unique Chinese-style coffee and introduce it globally someday.
