(ECNS) –An ubiquitous and integrated computing network should be built to boost development of the digital economy, said Fan Bingheng, a deputy to the National People's Congress (NPC) in Beijing on Friday.
Fan submitted two suggestions, both focusing on computing network construction.
It is of necessity to realize cross-regional computing coordination, efficient data circulation, and the improvement of computing resource effectiveness, Fan noted.
He further stressed the importance of the integrated development of computing power in physical, logical and heterogeneous space.
With eight national computing network hubs and 10 central big data clusters in construction, the overall computing network pattern along the Yangtze River Economic Belt will fully support coordinated development of the region, according to Fan.
