(ECNS) -- The 14th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China) will open from November 8 to 13 this year at Zhuhai Air Show Center in Southeast China’s Guangdong Province.
Up to now, more than 720 companies from 42 countries, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Germany, France, Canada, Brazil and Australia have confirmed to participate in the exhibition, said the organizer at the 100-day countdown ceremony for the event on Sunday.
The indoor exhibition covers an area of 100,000 square meters.
The United States, France, Germany, Italy, Saudi Arabia and other countries will display their latest achievements in aerospace technology. Boeing, Airbus, Embraer, GE, Safran, CFM, Pratt & Whitney, Parker Aerospace, Honeywell and other well-known international companies will also make a debut.
Chinese companies and industry organizations such as Eaton Shanghai Aircraft, Quanlian Technology and Equipment Industry Chamber of Commerce, Guangdong Military Industry Group, etc. have all expanded their exhibition scale, with the Hong Kong pavilion set to make an appearance.
Chinese Air Force August 1st Aerobatic Display Team and the Red Eagle Aerobatic Team of the China Aviation University of Air Force are expected to wow spectators with splendid aerial performances.
Domestic large aircraft C919, regional airliner ARJ-21, and the large amphibious aircraft AG600 will carry out wonderful flight demonstrations.
The Chinese Air Force will exhibit active-duty equipment represented by "20", while the Chinese Army will send active-duty helicopters for the first time to perform flight demonstrations at the exhibition.
In terms of ground dynamic demonstrations, China Ordnance Industry and China Armed Forces will send a variety of new land equipment to participate in dynamic Performances.
Unmanned ground systems will also cooperate with unmanned aerial vehicles to conduct systematic and intelligent battlefield demonstrations. The exhibition will further invite other special vehicle companies to participate in the ground dynamic event.
