(ECNS) -- The direct flight between Beijing and Kathmandu, which had been suspended for three years, resumed on Saturday.
Himalaya Airlines flight H9665 took off from Kathmandu, the capital city of Nepal on Saturday at 7:41 local time. After a 4-hour and 28-minute flight, it successfully landed at Beijing Daxing International Airport at 14:24 Beijing time.
The return flight, H9666, departed from Beijing Daxing International Airport at 15:52 Beijing time on the same day and arrived in Kathmandu at 18:57 local time in Nepal.
In October 2019, Himalaya Airlines made its inaugural flight from Beijing to Kathmandu, officially opening a regular passenger route between the capitals of the two countries.
