(ECNS) -- Regular direct passenger flights between China and the United States are expected to increase from the current 48 flights per week to 70 flights per week in the 2023 to 2024 winter and spring seasons, with each of the two countries' airlines operating 35 flights per week, according to the Civil Aviation Administration of China.
Domestic airlines including Air China, China Eastern Airlines, China Southern Airlines, Hainan Airlines, and Sichuan Airlines are increasing their flights.
This move will facilitate a steady recovery of China-U.S. flights based on market demand, providing more convenience for personnel and economic and trade exchanges.
