It is the first round-trip flight between Beijing Daxing International Airport and Pakistan.
The opening of the route is expected to present a new opportunity for high-quality development of the China-Pakistan Economic Corridor.
The increase in flight numbers between Karachi and Islamabad and Beijing will inject new vitality into the friendly relations and economic development of the two countries, Serene Air stated.
"The opening of this new route symbolizes a further development of friendship and cooperation between China and Pakistan," said Yang Yunchun, chairman of SereneAir.
The route will operate with Airbus A330-200 aircraft for two round-trip flights per week on Wednesdays and Sundays, under flight numbers ER901 and ER902, respectively.
