Apple unveils macOS Sequoia with AI features

(ECNS) -- U.S. smartphone maker Apple unveiled macOS Sequoia on Monday. 

Among its standout features is iPhone Mirroring, an expansion of Continuity, which grants users full access to and control of their iPhones directly from macOS. This seamless integration aims to streamline workflows and enhance connectivity between Apple devices.

Furthermore, macOS Sequoia integrates ChatGPT into Siri and systemwide Writing Tools across Apple's platforms. This incorporation not only provides users with access to ChatGPT's expertise but also leverages its image and document understanding capabilities, eliminating the need to switch between various tools for different tasks.

Craig Federighi, Apple’s senior vice president of Software Engineering, said macOS Sequoia ushers in Apple Intelligence, unlocking incredible new features that will be a game changer for working on Mac.
