Nurzhanat Ametbek, teaching professor at Maqsut Narikbayev University, noted in the latest W.E. Talk that Belarus becoming a full member in the Astana SCO Summit and the attendance of Recep Tayyip Erdogan, President of Turkey, reveals the rising interest in SCO, which is a prestigious international organization.
