(ECNS) -- The "AI Hangzhou" service platform for foreigners was launched during the 7th Hangzhou International Day inaugurated in Zhejiang Province on Thursday.
The platform was developed based on the Alipay mini-program, effectively addressing issues such as payment, language, travel, and dining.
It covers eight major services: immigration, residence, cultural and tourism, medical services, fee payments, customs, and volunteer services.
Hangzhou is also one of the six trial cities the Chinese government announced in July further opening-up measures, including tourism, cultural and telecom industries.
