(ECNS) -- Northeast China’s Heilongjiang Province on Friday opened a tourism cooperation promotion center in Phnom Penh, Cambodia, marking the latest achievements from the China-Cambodia Year of Cultural Exchanges.
The center was set up to promote Heilongjiang’s tourism profile in Cambodia and across Southeast Asia.
It will organize a variety of promotional activities in Cambodia, introducing Heilongjiang’s top tourism products and releasing latest tourism updates to Cambodian and Southeast Asian travel agencies.
It will also launch promotional campaigns, fostering collaboration between tourism enterprises in Heilongjiang and Cambodia.
He Jing, director of Heilongjiang’s Department of Culture and Tourism, noted that the center underscores Heilongjiang’s commitment to deepening tourism cooperation with Cambodia.
