China is fully prepared to take multiple measures, including quantitative and qualitative tools, to respond if the United States comes up with a new tariff list to adopt trade-distorting practices, a commerce official said Thursday.
Gao Feng, a spokesperson for the Ministry of Commerce, made the remarks at a press conference.
