Chinese ride-sharing giant Didi Chuxing said Tuesday that it has signed an agreement with German automotive supplier Continental to promote intelligent transportation services and enhance user experience in China.
Based on Didi's practical experience in mobility and Continental's advanced products and technologies in the fields of connectivity, rich design and engineering, both parties will explore cooperation mainly in the areas of intelligent and connected vehicles, according to a statement Didi sent to the Global Times Tuesday.
Under the partnership, Continental will provide an intelligent connected head unit for Didi's first-generation customized shared vehicles.
