China permits the Philippines to deliver life supplies to illegally stranded warship

The Philippines, with China's permission, dispatched a civilian vessel to deliver life supplies to its unlawfully stranded warship at Ren'ai Reef, a China Coast Guard spokesperson said on Friday.
