A hair stylist from Northeast China, who has been enlisted to cut the hair of a dozen relatives during his Spring Festival holiday, is getting a lot of sympathy from other professionals facing requests for help from family members.
A video showing the hairdresser, surnamed Duan from Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, cutting the hair of one of his relatives while others line up in his mother's living room, has been liked more than 800,000 times.
Many netizens said they can relate to Duan's holiday experience. "As a doctor, I'm used to checking the medical reports of my relatives every Spring Festival," a netizen wrote.
A manicurist said he is recruited to do the nails of seven aunts and cousins.
