Jin Suidong, former vice chairman of the Henan Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference, has been expelled from the Communist Party of China (CPC) for serious disciplinary violations, the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) announced on Sunday.
Jin's expulsion from the CPC was approved by the CPC Central Committee, according to the top anti-graft agency.
He was found to have abused his power for personal gain and obstructed the investigation against him by forging alliances.

Li Shixiang, former vice deputy secretary and former vice chairman of Beijing Municipal Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference (CPPCC), has been expelled from Communist Party of China (CPC) for serious violations of Party disciplinary rules and law, said the CPC Central Commission for Discipline Inspection (CCDI) and the National Supervisory Commission on Sunday.
