Queen Elizabeth celebrated her official 93rd birthday in London Saturday, with a family gathering on the balcony at Buckingham Palace.
Among the family members present was the Duchess of Sussex Meghan Markle, making her first public appearance since the birth of her son Archie.
A spectacular fly past above the palace by planes from the Royal Air Force brought a lot of noise for the Royal family as well as the thousands gathered outside the palace -- all eyes fixed firmly on the skies above.
More than 20 warplanes took part, including modern jets and historic aircraft, with the Red Arrows as the finale.
As the royal party left the balcony, the Queen waved to the crowds, and they were also treated to waves from a smiling Princess Charlotte, four year old daughter of Prince William, the Duke of Cambridge.
Earlier, the Queen watched the Trooping the Color event on Horse Guards Parade in Whitehall, a traditional annual event to mark the monarch's birthday.
