The Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR) police said on Thursday that they had arrested at least 13 people who took part in the violent acts of storming the Legislative Council (LegCo) Complex that took place on Monday.
The police said the 13 people, aged 14 to 36, were arrested on charges of assaulting the police, possession of offensive weapons, unlawful assembly and forced entry into the LegCo Complex.
Authorities continue to conduct on-site evidence collection and will keep investigating the case.
