The fourth plenary session of the 19th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China (CPC) will be held on October 28 to 31 in Beijing.
During the session, the CPC Central Committee Political Bureau will report on its work to the full CPC Central Committee. Participants will also discuss a number of important topics such as how to maintain and improve the system of socialism with Chinese characteristics and how to modernize China's system and capacity for governance.
