A flag-raising ceremony was held on Wednesday at Golden Bauhinia Square in Hong Kong to celebrate the 23rd anniversary of the establishment of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (HKSAR).
Chief Executive Carrie Lam and other officials of the SAR government attended the ceremony.
