Moscow is waiting for a response from the Joe Biden administration to a set of Russian proposals on overcoming differences between Russia and the United States, Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova said Thursday.
"We are yet to hear answers from our American colleagues in relation to everything that is already on the negotiating table," Zakharova told a weekly briefing.
"The ball is in Washington's court," she said.
She expressed hope that the Biden administration will pursue "a more balanced (political) course, without aggravating the already excessively confrontational Russian-U.S. relations."
