Wang heads to Russia for strategic security consultation

Senior Chinese diplomat Wang Yi will hold the 18th round of China-Russia strategic security consultation in Russia from today to Thursday, Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Mao Ning announced today.

Nikolai Patrushev, secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, invited Wang, a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee and director of the Office of the Foreign Affairs Commission of the CPC Central Committee, to this Russia visit, said Mao.
